  • All program fees paid to Panacea Valley are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • By registering and making payment, participants acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Transfer & Batch Rescheduling

  • If a participant is unable to attend the scheduled batch, they may request to transfer to a future batch.
  • Approval of transfer requests is subject to seat availability and Panacea Valley’s discretion.
  • Venue and food charges may apply for offline participation in the rescheduled batch.

3. Program Cancellation by Organizer

  • In case Panacea Valley cancels or postpones a program, participants will be automatically shifted to the next available batch.
  • No monetary refund will be issued in such cases, only batch transfer options.

4. Substitution Policy

  • Substitution of participants is allowed only with prior written approval from Panacea Valley.
  • The substitute participant must meet all eligibility and registration requirements.

5. Digital Programs

  • For online programs and digital sessions, once access credentials or materials are shared, no refund or transfer will be processed.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring proper internet and device setup before program commencement.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Requests due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but do not guarantee refunds.
  • Panacea Valley reserves full discretion in granting exceptions or alternative solutions.
