Seats for the 3-month coaching program are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received and enrollment form is completed.
Healing with Emotions reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
2. Fees & Payment
Program pricing (inclusive of GST) are as follows (select plan at time of registration):
Basic: ₹20,000
Standard: ₹45,000
Premium (VIP): ₹60,000
Fees are non-transferable and must be paid prior to the program start date to confirm your seat.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, UPI, and major cards (details provided at checkout).
3. Certification
Participants who complete the full 12-week program will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Healing with Emotions.
Certificates are provided only after all sessions are attended (virtual attendance requirements may apply) and any required program work is submitted.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where Healing with Emotions cancels the program.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled batch, you may request to be moved to a future batch subject to availability; an administrative transfer fee may apply.
In the unlikely event Healing with Emotions cancels or postpones the program, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to the next available batch.
5. Participant Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality during all sessions and group interactions.
Recording, copying, or sharing course materials, sessions, or any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, recordings, worksheets, and proprietary content are the intellectual property of Healing with Emotions.
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for personal learning only; redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Healing with Emotions and its coach(es) are not liable for any personal, professional, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in the program.
The program is educational and coaching-focused; specific results cannot be guaranteed and depend on individual engagement and effort.
8. Privacy & Communication
By registering, participants consent to receive program updates, reminders and communications via email, WhatsApp and phone.
Participant data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Participants may request deletion of their data by contacting [email protected]; data removal requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
9. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
Requests to reschedule individual sessions should be made in advance. Healing with Emotions will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.
Missed sessions may be eligible for a make-up only if notified at least 24 hours in advance, subject to coach availability.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
